Hard salami or soft salami, which do you prefer ? Everyone is different, but on average you will receive a rather fresh salami from our online store. If it is too soft to the touch, we recommend you age your salami just a little until it reaches the desired hardness and flavor. To do this, just leave the salami out at room temperature (but under about 72 degrees) in a well circulated place in your house or establishment. You may also dry it in your refrigerator, but it will happen much slower. If you like your salami very hard and aged, try leaving it out for about three weeks and then give it a try.
